We just calculated our Customer Satisfaction!

Extremely proud of my Team. We just calculated our Net Promoter Score and it’s 60!
 
This means 60% of our Customers gave us a 9 or 10 when asked the question “How likely are you to refer us to a friend or colleague?”. No client gave us a score lower than 8.
 
To give you perspective, based on the global NPS standards, any score above 0 would be considered “good” (50 and above being excellent while 70 and above is considered “world class”).
